# How to make it:
01 - Using an elephant-shaped cookie cutter, cut each bread slice into elephant shapes, reserving scraps for breadcrumbs or croutons.
02 - Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and yellow mustard on half of the elephant-shaped bread slices.
03 - Layer turkey or vegetarian deli slices followed by cheddar cheese onto the spread bread slices.
04 - Top with thin slices of cucumber and red bell pepper for added crunch and color.
05 - Cover each sandwich with the remaining elephant-shaped bread slices to complete the shapes.
