03 - 4 tablespoons peanut butter or sunflower seed butter
04 - 4 tablespoons strawberry jam

09 - 16 round cucumber slices
10 - 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
11 - 1 red bell pepper
12 - 1 yellow bell pepper
13 - 1 cup baby carrots

# How to make it:

01 - Cut bread slices into rectangles for train cars and one larger shape for the engine using cookie cutters or a sharp knife. Spread cream cheese with cucumber, peanut butter with jam, cheddar with turkey or ham, or preferred fillings. Assemble sandwiches and gently press together.
02 - Place celery stalks parallel on a large platter to form rails. Lay pretzel sticks across celery at even intervals to create cross-ties.
03 - Position sandwich rectangles atop the celery rails as train cars. Attach cucumber slices and cherry tomato halves as wheels, securing with a small amount of cream cheese if necessary. Use red and yellow bell pepper slices to decorate the engine details and windows.
04 - Surround the train with baby carrots, extra cucumber slices, and additional vegetables for snacking and visual appeal.
05 - Present immediately, encouraging children to interact with the train cars before eating.
