# What you'll need:
→ Crackers
01 - 24 whole wheat crackers, round or square
02 - 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, sliced into 24 small squares
→ Roasted Red Pepper Dip
03 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
05 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
08 - Pinch of salt
→ Decoration
09 - 24 thin strips of black olives
10 - 24 small squares of yellow bell pepper or cheddar cheese
# How to make it:
01 - Set the oven to 350°F (180°C) to preheat.
02 - Arrange the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and top each with a square of cheddar cheese.
03 - Bake the crackers for 4 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted but not bubbling, then remove and allow to cool slightly.
04 - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, roasted red peppers, mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt; blend until smooth.
05 - Spoon or pipe a dollop of the dip onto the center of each cheese-topped cracker.
06 - Place a strip of black olive across the dip to form a belt, and position a small square of yellow bell pepper or cheddar as the buckle.
07 - Arrange the crackers on a serving platter and serve immediately.
