Quick Cranberry Brie Bites (Printable)

# What you'll need:

01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 24 cubes

→ Pastry

02 - 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (9 oz), thawed

→ Sauce

03 - ½ cup cranberry sauce, homemade or store-bought

→ Garnish (Optional)

04 - 2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts
05 - 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary

# How to make it:

01 - Heat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin with nonstick spray or line with parchment squares.
02 - Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a 12 x 12 inch square. Cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Press each square gently into the prepared muffin cups to form small shells.
04 - Place one cube of Brie cheese into each pastry shell.
05 - Top every Brie-filled cup with a heaping ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
06 - Sprinkle with chopped nuts and finely chopped rosemary if desired.
07 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the Brie is melted and bubbling.
08 - Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
