Layered crackers with cheese, fresh veggies, and olives create a vibrant, kid-friendly snack tower inspired by giraffes.
# What you'll need:
→ Crackers
01 - 20 rectangular whole-grain crackers
→ Cheese
02 - 8 slices cheddar cheese
03 - 8 slices Swiss cheese
→ Fruit & Vegetables
04 - 1 large cucumber
05 - 1 large carrot
06 - 1 yellow bell pepper
07 - 16 black olives, pitted
→ Extras
08 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese
09 - 8 fresh chive stems
# How to make it:
01 - Wash and peel the cucumber and carrot. Cut the cucumber into thin long strips, the carrot into thin matchsticks, and slice the yellow bell pepper into thin strips.
02 - Place one cracker on a flat surface and spread a thin layer of cream cheese atop.
03 - Layer a slice of cheddar cheese, several cucumber strips, and a few carrot matchsticks on the cracker.
04 - Top with another cracker, spread cream cheese, then add a slice of Swiss cheese, some bell pepper strips, and two olive slices.
05 - Repeat layering alternate crackers, cheeses, and vegetables until the stack consists of five crackers.
06 - Insert a chive stem along the side to resemble a giraffe's neck, place an olive slice on top as the head, and add two small carrot pieces as horns (ossicones).
07 - Use a toothpick to secure the stack if needed. Prepare four identical stacks and serve immediately for optimal texture.
