# How to make it:

03 - Refrigerate cheese mixture for 15 to 20 minutes to firm up, facilitating easier shaping.
04 - In a shallow dish, combine crushed walnuts and finely chopped herbs for the coating.
05 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the chilled cheese mixture and roll into small cylinders resembling Champagne corks.
06 - Roll each shaped cheese stick in the walnut-herb mixture until completely covered.
